Jeff Ford is an award winning LA based director who was born in Portsmouth, England. He began pursuing his interest in directing at university in Australia where he graduated with a BA in Direction and Advertising and went on to work at BBDO Advertising Agency in Melbourne. In 1996 he was awarded a Cannes Young Creative Scholarship and moved to London where he became Deputy Creative Director of BANC Advertising Agency and then a director at Channel 4. In 2000 he was signed by commercials production company Great Guns and in 2003 he founded his own digital effects production company Fatwombat Productions.

Since then he has achieved representation in 14 countries around the world, creating and directing outstanding award winning commercials and campaigns for leading global brands including Renault, Volvo, Ford, Nestle, Mastercard, Snickers, Capitol Bank and The Rolling Stones.

Jeff's combination of live action comedy and drama, as well as his CGI animation and digital effects have won him a string of global awards including 6 Cannes Advertising Festival nominations, a New York One Show Award and a nomination for Best New Director at Cannes.
